William "Bill" Proft

PROFT, William "Bill". Beloved husband to his wife of 60 years, Angie "Angel". Devoted father to Jim Proft, Jayne Makstaller, and Mariann Moster. Loving grandfather to Jennifer, Eric, Ryan, Dana and Kori. He also leaves behind his 3 brothers Dick, Larry and John. Bill took an early retirement from Totes and later a full retirement from Futai. Bill passed peacefully on Sunday, March 27, 2016 from pancreatic cancer at the age of 79. The visitation will be Sunday, April 3, 2016 from 2-4pm at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pk., Springdale, OH 45246. Following the visitation a short service celebrating Bill’s life will be held in the Chapel.
