COLLINSWilliam G., beloved husband of the late Betty Joyce Collins; devoted father of Donald Collins, David Collins, Rosetta Collins, Peggy (Robert) Gately, the late Patty Collins, the late Sandy Jernigan, Terri Cochran, Kenny Collins, Leon Collins, and Pam McCracken; cherished grandfather of 16 and great grandfather of 23; dear brother of Ruby (the late Lonnie) Gibson, Lorene Raby, Curtis Collins, Mary Sue (Randy) Phillips, Wanda Kay (Bob) Hughes, Ken (Karen) Collins, Ron (Jan) Collins, and Bobby (Pam) Collins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was a P.O.W. Passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at the age of 81. A visitation will be held at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale on Saturday, October 5, 2013 from 10:00 AM until the time of funeral service at 12:00 NOON. Memorials may be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
