Passed away suddenly on Friday, June 7, 2013 at age 64. Visitation will be at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale on Wednesday from 6-8 PM. Funeral service will be at the funeral home on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, please send memorial donations to Disabled American Veterans.
