BROWNVirginia May (nee Beekley), age 89, beloved wife of the late Harold "Brownie" Brown; cherished mother of Beverly (Mark) Brueggeman, David (Margaret) Brown, Fred Brown, Alice (Martin) Mitter, and the late Carl Brown; precious Grammy of Elizabeth (Darrell) Dodson, Jaime (Robert) Hinkle, Carey (John) Curran, Jennifer (James) Leamer, Michael Brown, Tyler (Vinny Duong) Mitter, Leah Mitter, and Christopher Mitter; dear Great-Grammy of Zachary, Megan, and Emma Hinkle, Alexander and Sarah Dodson, Aiden and Ethan Leamer, and Connor and Carson Curran. Virginia is survived by sisters, Elizabeth Brodman, Ruth Kabakoff, and Emma Alice Holleman, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving caregivers at Meadowbrook Care Center. A private burial at Oak Hill Cemetery will be followed by a memorial service at First Presbyterian Church of Glendale on Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at 2:00 PM.
