Passed away June 20, 2013. Age 58. Visitation at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 7121 Plainfield Road, Deer Park on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 from 10:00 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
