WILLOUGHBYTracy Junior, 72, of Cincinnati, OH, formerly of Newport, KY, died Friday, May 14, 2010 at his home; beloved husband of Carol Jean (nee Truesdell) Willoughby, and loving father of Traci Jo (Timothy) Myatt, Terri Lynn (Jamie) Dixon, Tony Ross Willoughby, and Tiffany Suzanne (David) Potts; loving grandfather "Pap" of Timothy Justin Myatt, Taylor Scott Myatt, Tesia Sagan Myatt, Tiara Janaye Myatt, Brooke Morgan Dixon, Lauren Nicole Dixon, Ainsley Jean Potts, and Brynna Suzanne Potts.Tracy was born November 21, 1937 in Newport, Kentucky to the late Cash and Mary Ann (nee Martin) Willoughby. He was preceded in death by three brothers; Clifford, Lindsey, and Malcolm Willoughby and two sisters; Helen Boden and Maggie Adams. He is survived by two sisters; Lillie (James) Mullins and Joan McWilliams, one brother; William Johnson, and former wife; Dorothy Tharp Willoughby.Visitation at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, OH, Sunday, May 16, 2010 from 4:00-7:00 PM. Additional visitation at Springdale Church of the Nazarene, 11177 Springfield Pike, Springdale, Monday, May 17, 2010 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM. Graveside service to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, 25 S. Alexandria Pike, Southgate, KY.
