Loving grandfather of John Thomas (Jennifer) Contreras, Thomas K. (Tabetha) Voltz, and Nicholas R. (Rachelle) Wise. Great grandfather of 8. Dear brother of Barbara (Gerald) Hakness and the late David (Deb) Voltz.

Thomas passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at age 90.

Visitation will be held at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pk., Springdale, OH 45246 on Sunday, March 2, 2025 from 4-6PM. Mass of Eternal Rest will be held at St. Gabriel Church, 48 W. Sharon Rd., Glendale, OH 45246 on Monday, March 3, 2025 at 10AM. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
