Theodore Meyer, Jr

MEYER, Theodore H., Jr., beloved son of the late Mary L. and Theodore H. Meyer, Sr; loving brother of Mary M. (Bob) Bergheger and Martha (Don) Calahan; dear uncle of nine nieces and nephews, great uncle of 14 and great-great uncle of 11. Passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2013 at the age of 87. During the Korean War he served in the U.S. Army in Germany from 1951 to 1953. Ted was a Professor Emeritus-University of Cincinnati College of Applied Science. He had a BS in Science from UC and a Masters in Education from Xavier University and a Master of Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In 1973 he returned to full time teaching at UC until he retired in 1990. He was deeply loved by his family and will be missed beyond measure. Visitation will be at St. Gabriel's Catholic Church, 48 W. Sharon Rd, Glendale, OH 45246 on Friday, December 20, 2013 from 9:00 AM until time of Mass of Eternal Rest at 10:00 AM. Memorials may be made to St. Gabriel Catholic Church.
