Preceded in death by his father , Glenn Holt. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale. Service immediately following. Interment at Arlington Memorial Gardens, Mt. Healthy, OH. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, Cincinnati Affiliate.
