GRAY, Scott Bryan. Beloved husband and best friend of Beth Gray. Proud father of Tyler and Summer. Loving son of Grace Nabors. Big brother of Lisa Nabors. First born grandchild of Joann and the late Everett Truitt. Also survived by his aunts, Esther (Jeffrey) Bond and Elizabeth (Paul) Linz; cousins, Jen, Angel, Rob, Eric, Tracey, Heather, Robert, James, Jazmine, Robby, Ashley, and Anthony; nieces, Taylor, Jada and Paige; nephews, Logan and Cody.  Unexpectedly, Scott passed away peacefully in his sleep on Friday, May 13, 2016 at the age of 42 years. Growing up, Scott had a passion for skate boarding and playing the drums, and his love of music stayed with him throughout his life. He graduated from Irmo High School in Cola, SC in 1991, and went on to earn his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Cincinnati’s Business School for Information Systems. He met his soul mate and future wife, Beth, in 1995.  Scott was well known for being a brilliant computer programmer and software consultant that many in the Cincinnati area called upon him for.  His proudest moments were the birth of his son, Tyler, and his daughter, Summer, whom were born with his best friend and wife, Beth. Anyone who met Scott would remember his contagious laugh, unique and hilarious sense of humor, and loyalty to his wife and children.  He was wild, adventurous, and idolized as a big brother by many.  He was deeply loved by his family and will remain a part of them for eternity.  Friends may greet the family from 4:00 PM until time of memorial service at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Vorhis and Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, OH 45246. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for his children, Tyler and Summer.  Donations may be made in honor of Scott by contacting any Fifth Third regarding a memorial fund for the children of Scott Gray.
