Passed away suddenly November 21, 2013 at age 45. Visitation will be at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 8815 E. Kemper Road, Montgomery, OH 45249 on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 from 11:00 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 Noon.
