PHILLIPSRuby Nell (nee Williams), loving wife of the late Joseph Phillips; devoted mother of Linda Patricia (David) Drinnon, Roger (Anita) Phillips, Betty (the late James) Sonneville, Cynthia (Clayton) Weisenborn, Glenn Phillips, Mary Kathryn (the late Kevin) Hall, Kristi (Howard) Jones, and Scott (Amy) Phillips; dear grandmother of 13 and great grandmother of 18; sister of H. L. Williams and Robert Williams. Passed away December 1, 2009. Age 87. She enjoyed quilting, camping, and was a lifelong member of Lockland Christian Church. She will be dearly missed by many other family members and friends.
