Roxie Hyden

Mrs. Roxie Ann (Ray) Hyden, age 68 of Norwood, Ohio departed this life on April 26, 2016 at her home in Norwood, Ohio. She was born August 9, 1947 in Oneida, KY to Elmer and Beulah Ray.
She was a Retiree of Atkins @ Pearce Mfg. Co. in Covington, KY for 30 some years. She was a member of Community Baptist Church in Norwood, Ohio.
She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband of 46 years, Larry Hyden, one son, Ronnie Hyden of Norwood, Ohio, two grandchildren, Ramsey Hyden of Milford, Ohio and Ronnie Hyden, Jr. of Lebanon, Ohio.  Also surviving are three brothers and two sisters: James (Glenna) Ray, Willis Ray, Eugene Ray, Hazel (Robert) Smith, all of Manchester, KY and Carolyn Sizemore of Booneville, KY. She is preceded in death by her father, Elmer Ray and mother, Beulah Ray and a host of aunts and uncles.
Visitation is at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 5501 Montgomery Road, Norwood, Ohio 45212 on Thursday, April 28, 2016 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Funeral service is on Friday, April 29, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home.  Officiating at the service is Rev. Dan Harper and Rev. Glenn Hyden. Roxie will be laid to rest at Rest Haven Memorial Park in Cincinnati, Ohio.
