R.  Samuel “Sam” Goins, 84, passed away on January 21, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Elaine Goins. Devoted father of Robin (Maggie) Goins and Carol (Peter) Uller.  Loving grandfather of Zachary Goins, Cody and Inara Uller.  Dear brother in law of Marilyn Smith. Loving companion of Sara Gaskey.
