Passed away on April 11, 2014 at the age of 76. Visitation will take place at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 310 Dunn Street, Lockland on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Southwest Ohio, 7625 Camargo Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45243.
