Passed away March 9, 2011. Age 62. Visitation at the Vineyard Chapel, 11340 E. Century Circle Blvd., Springdale, OH 45246 on Saturday, March 12, 2011 from 11:00 AM until time of memorial service at 12:00 Noon.
