Richard Gaines

GAINES, Richard Lee. "Bear" "Woody". Beloved husband of 57 years to Marian (nee Bacher) Gaines. Devoted father of Michael (Beth) Gaines and Michelle (Dave) Gaines-Mitchell. Loving grandfather of Mathew, Zachary, and Makayla. Great grandfather of Sydney. Dear brother of Jerry (Jo Ann) Gaines, and the late Patricia Weber and Shirly Johnson.

Richard passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at the age of 81 years.

Richard was an avid golfer. He volunteered for many PGA and LPGA Tour events. He was a member and treasurer for Hamilton County Golfer's Association in the 70's. Richard also enjoyed watching the UC Bearcats football and basketball, and watching the Bengals. He worked for Rim and Wheel Service for 32 years.
