Passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2011. Age 64. Resident of Fairfield. Visitation at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, OH on Saturday, October 1, 2011 from 1:00 PM until time of funeral service at 3:00 PM.
