Patrick "Pat", beloved son of the late James T. and Catherine R. (nee Carroll) Hopkins; dear brother of Mike (Jeanne) Hopkins, Terry (Alma) Hopkins, Tom Hopkins, Sandie (Brian) O'Donnell, Mary (Frank Calvert) Hopkins, and Julie Hopkins; loving uncle of Mike, Brian, Aaron, Matt, Paddy, Ian, and Brendan. He is also survived by several other family members and friends. Pat had a passion for sports, travel, and acting. He was a great friend and had the gift of gab. Passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at the age of 54. Visitation will take place at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 5501 Montgomery Rd., Norwood on Sunday, September 21, 2014 from 4-6 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 2420 Drex Ave., Norwood on Monday, September 22, 2014 at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 15120, Chicago, IL 60693.
