Mary Ellen Welsh

Mary Ellen Welsh, 96, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2021.  Loving daughter of the late Pastor Lewis and Ica Pertner of Ferndale, Michigan. Beloved wife of the late William Miller Welsh.  Loving mother of the late Richard Thomas Welsh and devoted mother-in-law of Mona (Dave) Fultz. Devoted Nonnie of Jennifer (James) Dodson, Jamie (Steven) Schott.  Dearest great grandmother of Alivia and Holden Dodson, Carson, Ryleigh, and Jaxson Faulkner, Brody and Easton Schott.  Loving sister of Paul (Pat) Pertner, and the late Marge Pertner. She leaves behind several nieces, nephews and other family members. Visitation is Tuesday, October 19, 2021, from 11:30 AM until time of service at 1:00 PM at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Ohio 45246. Burial Spring Grove Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions can be made to the Shriner’s Hospital or Juvenile Diabetes Association.
