Passed away Thursday, October 29, 2015 at age 69 years. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Monday, November 2, 2015 at Vorhis and Ryan Funeral Home, 310 Dunn St., Lockland, OH 45215. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at the funeral home.
