Martha Mast

MAST, Martha (nee Phipps), of Forest Park, Ohio, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, December 30, 2016 at the age of 93.  Mrs. Mast was born in Magoffin County, Kentucky, daughter of the late William Ashford and Elizabeth "Betty" Tackett Phipps.  She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 51 years, Jesse K. Mast and two sons, Stephen A. Mast (Helen) of Roanoke, VA, and Phillip F. Mast (Joni) of Sun Prairie, WI, in addition to her five sisters and five brothers.  She is survived by two sons, James B. Mast (Linda) of Greenhills, OH and Joel A. Mast (Deborah) of Hamilton, OH; eight grandchildren, Joseph Mast (Jennifer) , Mark Mast (Beth), Stacie Arellano, Sara Lynch (Bryan), B.J Mast (Becca), Elizabeth Brubaker (Seth), Robert Mast (Kayla), David Mast (Kristen) and 13 great-grandchildren, Heather, Sophia, Amber, Emma, Vincent, Stephen, Erin, Sawyer, Emerson, Isaac, Levi, Logan and Cassady as well as many nieces and nephews whom she loved.  Friends may greet the family on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 from 10:30 AM until time of the funeral service at 12 Noon at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 1365 Springfield Pk., Springdale, OH 45246. Burial to follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to your local Alzheimer's Association or local Hospice.
