Margaret Methena

METHENAMargaret Ann (nee Gersbach), 95, of Houston, Texas, formerly of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2013. She was a retired nurse and active member of the Pleasant Ridge Presbyterian Church prior to relocating to Houston. Margaret enjoyed playing poker and darts, sewing, cooking, and gardening. Margaret is predeceased by her husband, Chester "Chet" Methena, married July 27, 1940 in Findlay, OH. Margaret is lovingly remembered by her sons Jay Methena and Richard (Donna) Methena of Houston, TX; four grandchildren: Richard, Christine, Brent (Aselda), and Nicole (John) and six great grandchildren: Brittany, Aimery, Benjamin, Burke, Adele, and Kate. Visitation at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 5501 Montgomery Road, Norwood, OH on Saturday, April 20, 2013, from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM. The family asks that you make donations to the American Cancer Society in Margaret's honor, in lieu of flowers.
