Marcia Reeves

Marcia Ellen Reeves (nèe Hunt), 78 of Norwood, Ohio passed away Sunday, September 3, 2023.She was born November 16, 1944 in Fleming County, Kentucky to the late Emery Hunt and Mary Jewell "Maxey" Hunt. Marcia was employed at Allis Chalmers for twenty four years prior to the facility closer and relocation,  after which she was employed with Surgical Appliance for twenty two years leading up to her retirement.

Marcia enjoyed lunch dates with friends, spending time with family, and especially her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her late husband, Edward Arnold Reeves.

Survivors include two sons, Anthony Reeves (Tina) of Norwood, Ohio and Harold Hunt (Melissa) of Milford, Ohio; one brother, Dennis Hunt of Sardis, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Britnye McKee (Sammy), Kortnye Hunt, Nicholas Reeves (Sheri), and Ann Marshall; eight great-grandchildren, Alexis, Meghan, Lauren, William, Phillip, Leanna, Kayla and Colton as well as many other family members and friends she loved dearly.

A memorial gathering will be on September 16, 2023 at Vorhis funeral home 5501 Montgomery road, Norwood, Ohio  45212
