Also survived by numerous other relatives. Passed away Sunday, January 15, 2012. Age 56. Visitation at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, OH on Thursday, January 19, 2012 from 4:00 PM until time of service at 7:00 PM. Graveside service in Waynesburg, KY on Friday, January 20, 2012 at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the American Diabetes Association.
