Passed away on July 1, 2013 at the age of 71. A visitation will take place on Monday, July 8, 2013 at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. An additional visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
