Passed away September 4, 2013 at the age of 77. Visitation to be held at Forest Chapel United Methodist Church, 680 W. Sharon Road, Forest Park, OH 45240 on Monday, September 9, 2013 from 10:00 Am until time of funeral service at 12:00 Noon.
