She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 16, 2013 at the age of 61. A visitation will take place on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale from 10:00 AM until the time of funeral service at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
