Loving aunt of Isabella, Avery, Jaylen, Brooklynn, and the late Alexander. Beloved granddaughter of Kenneth G. (Patti) Miller, the late Martha Miller, and the late Joseph & Lois Grubert.
Kaitlyn passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at the age of 20 years.
Visitation will be held at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pk., Springdale, OH 45246 on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 from 6 - 8 PM.
Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 11 AM.
Burial will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
