SPENCER, Joan Arliss. (nee Grove). Beloved wife of the late Richard Spencer. Devoted mother of Stephen R. (Terri) Spencer, Jeffrey A. (DeAnna) Spencer, Diane S. (Jude P.) Schaiper, and David S. Spencer. Loving grandmother of eight. Dear sister of Darrell Bennett (Sharon) Grove.

Joan passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at the age of 88 years.

Friends may greet the family at Forest Chapel United Methodist, 680 W Sharon Rd., Forest Park, OH 45240 on Monday, July 15, 2019 from 10am until time of service at 11:30am. Burial will follow in Butler County Memorial Park.
