Hurstle Mayfield and the late Elmer Stephens; devoted mother of Bob (Donna) Mayfield, Jerry (Linda) Mayfield, David (Lou) Mayfield, and Chuck (Rita) Mayfield and stepmother of James E. (Sugail) Stephens, Janet Masters, and Robin LouAllen; loving grandmother of 11 and step grandmother of 11; dear great grandmother of 17 and step great grandmother of 14; sister of 9. Passed away on June 2, 2014 at the age of 87. Visitation will take place at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pk., Springdale on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 from 5-7 PM. Funeral service will be at Landmark Baptist Church, 1600 Glendale Milford Rd., Evendale on Thursday, June 5, 2014 at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church.
