LATHRAMJessie M. (nee Smoot), beloved wife of the late Oral Lathram; dear sister of the late Nettie Smoot, Elva Baker, Minnie Nell Catron, and Elgon Smoot. She is survived by a cousin, Wanda Maxey. Passed away at MeadowWood Care Center in Georgetown, OH February 23, 2011 at the age of 98. No visitation. Funeral service will be at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 310 Dunn Street, Lockland, Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 10:30 AM.
