Jeffrey Spurlock

SPURLOCK, Jeffrey L. Beloved husband of Kathy Spurlock (nee Renaker). Devoted son of Warren and Helen Spurlock.  Loving father of Tanner Spurlock, Allison (Laten) Spradling, Taylor McCreary, and Austin Phillips. Grandfather of Emma and Ava Spradling. Brother of Lisa (Clayton) Smith, Steven (Michelle) Spurlock, and Michael (Ashley) Spurlock. Jeffrey passed away suddenly Monday, October 8, 2018 at the age of 50 years. A Celebration of Life will be held at Mt. Carmel Social Club, 704 Cincinnati-Batavia Pk., Cincinnati, OH 45245 on Sunday, October 14, 2018 from 2pm-6pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any charity of choice.
