WWII ARMYGILLIS James Thomas, age 85, beloved husband of Iva M. Johnson Gillis; loving father of Steven H. (Tami) Gillis; caring grandfather of Joshua, Jacob Gillis, Tamara (Matt) Marshall, and Holly Campbell; loving great grandfather of Stephen, Kylie, and Rebecca Marshall. Survived by his loving sister, Nancy (Gillis) Edwards. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Passed away August 26, 2011 at Hospice of Cincinnati. Residence Lebanon, Ohio and formerly of Cincinnati. Visitation at Landmark Baptist Church, 1600 Glendale Milford Road, Evendale on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:30 AM. Burial at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
