Herman Cauble, Jr.

Herman Woodrow “Woody” Cauble Jr. from Fairfield, Ohio died at the age of 76 on August 21st, 2021. He is survived by his wife Barbara Neely Cauble; daughter and son-in-law, Christine and Dave Ali from Seattle, WA; daughter, Angie (the late Jeremy) Brokaw; grandsons, Nicholas, Zachary & Nathaniel; and great-granddaughter, Sapphire from Rising Sun, IN. Woody is also survived by brother, Dr. Charles E. (Sheryl) Cauble of Greenville, SC; sister, Cynthia Perry of Clinton, SC; and sister, Susandale (the late Dr. John) Brown of Irmo, SC. Additionally, there are many beloved nieces and nephews. Woody was the son of Dr. Reverend Herman Woodrow Cauble Sr. and Elizabeth Petrea from Columbia, SC.

Woody graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He began his career as a civil engineer in Charleston, WV specializing in traffic studies. He later moved his family to Cincinnati, where he continued his education in Civil Engineering at the University of Cincinnati, and held many engineering and management positions throughout Hamilton County. He is a dedicated and loyal Clemson football fan.

Friends may greet the family at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pk., Springdale, OH 45246 on Monday, August 30, 2021 from 10:30am until time of Memorial Service at 11am.
