Herbert Packer

PACKERHerbert L., beloved husband of 68 years to the late Lena (nee Stephenson) Packer; loving father of Patricia P. (Richard) Foster; dear grandfather of Brett A. (Ouida) Foster and great grandfather of Ripley Anna Foster. Went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at the age of 92 years. Mr. Packer proudly served in the United States Army during WWII. He was a longtime member of Tri-County Baptist Church and a retired P&G Manager. Visitation at Tri-County Baptist Church, 8195 Beckett Road, West Chester on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM.
