HENDRIXHazel Ruth, 80, lifelong resident of Springdale, Ohio passed away July 14, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Tom Hendrix. Loving mother of Dana (Paulette) Caldwell, Doug (Tina) Ellis, Amy (John) Wheeler, and Lisa (Don) Partin; 20 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren. Devoted sister of Carol Ferris; many nieces and nephews. Visitation on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, Ohio. Additional visitation on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 from 10:30 AM until time of funeral service at 12 Noon at West Chester Church of the Nazarene, 7951 Tylersville Road, West Chester, Ohio.
