GREENHazel (nee Miller). Beloved wife of the late Thomas J. Green. Devoted aunt of Jackie (Don) Brown. Loving great aunt, great-great aunt, and great-great-great aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. Longtime resident of Forest Park, OH. Passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at the age of 92. Hazel was a lifetime member of Eastern Star, Hazard, KY.
