THOMASHarry John, born March 28, 1928. Mr. Thomas died peacefully at his home with family at his side on Saturday, October 8, 2011, after an extensive illness. Age 83. Survived by his wife, Rita (nee Back) Thomas, children, Anthony Thomas and Felicia Thomas-Jack, four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Mr. Thomas proudly served in the Armed Forces from 1950-1953. He was a highly acclaimed auto mechanics teacher for many years.Visitation at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, OH on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 from 5:00-8:00 PM. Additional visitation on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 1050 West Kemper Road, Forest Park from 10:00 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. The family wishes to thank the many medical care professionals and Hospice of Cincinnati for their support and care.
