DAUER, Harold J. "Skinny", beloved husband of Barbara Dauer (nee Gaffney); devoted father of Dr. Robin (Rhonda) Dauer, Randall (Leslie) Dauer, and Dr. Richard (Karen) Dauer; loving grandfather of Stephanie (Nathan) Bruewer and Matthew B., Brandon, Bradley, Matthew, Andrew, Melissa, and Julie Dauer; dear brother of Virginia Gruber, Shirley Buhr, and the late Mildred Krick and twin brother, Howard Dauer. Preceded in death by his parents, Albert P. and Eleanora (nee Bauman) Dauer. Graduate of Lockland High School, Class of 1947. Longtime employee of Stearns & Foster. August 13, 2014. Age 86. Visitation will be at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pk., Springdale on Sunday from 3-5 PM. Funeral service will be at the funeral home Monday, August 18, 2014 at 12 Noon.
