(nee Lierman), beloved wife of the late Clarence Burton; devoted mother of Deborah (Steven) Smith and Daniel (Joseph Rigger, Jr.) Burton; loving grandmother of Ryan Smith, Jennifer (Dave) Sassaman, and Jonathon (Megan) Smith; great grandmother of Abigail Smith and Claire Smith; dear aunt of Dean Montayne. Retired teacher of 32 years of Wyoming Elementary Schools and lifelong member of Reading-Lockland Presbyterian Church. Passed away November 8, 2012. Age 85. Visitation at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, Thursday, November 15, 2012 from 1:00 PM until time of service at 2:00 PM.
