Frederick L. Miller, passed away on March 1, 2024, at the age of 90. Preceded in death by his loving wife of 69 years, Donna June Miller. Survived by his three children: Tony (Linda), Christina (Mike) Macht, and Mark (Susie). Proud grandfather to Jenny (Travis), Kathy, Adam (Lauren), David (Christine), Katie (Greg), Wil (Christina) Greg, Jon (Lesley) and Geoff. Great-grandfather to Brooklyn, Tucker, Kennedy, Donna Rose, Luke, Elliot June, Harrison, and Judah. Preceded in death by siblings, Bob, Jane, and Barbara. Brother-in-law to Sr. Karen Hawver, and the late Leah Rader and Fr. Carl Hawver.
Fred was employed by the Internal Revenue Service for over 40 years. His favorite pastimes were playing golf, crossword puzzles, and working in his yard which resulted in winning the Forest Park Beautification award more than 21 times.
Visitation will be held at on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pk., Springdale, OH 45246 from 9:30-10:30AM. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11AM at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 17 Farragut Rd., Greenhills, OH 45218. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Red Cross, PO Box 37839, Boone, IA 50037-0839 RedCross or to Hospice of Cincinnati Blue Ash, P.O. Box 633597, Cincinnati, OH 45263-3597 Hospice
