Brother of Marty Gruber and Mary Houston. Passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at the age of 75 years. Retired as Lockland Chief of Police after 17 years of service, Police Dispatcher of City of Wyoming for 14 years, and School Crossing Guard for City of Wyoming for 12 years.
