Frances A. (nee Pauley). Beloved wife of the late David E. Barr. Devoted mother of Mary Barr Rhodes and David E. Barr, Jr. Cherished grandmother of Chelsea Barr Rhodes and Chandra Backus Rhodes. Great grandmother of Ronin Ellsworth Rhodes. Preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers. Passed away peacefully at her home Friday, January 23, 2015 at the age of 90 years.
