Elizabeth Brod

BRODElizabeth (nee Lowmiller). Beloved wife of the late Charles Pierce Lang, and beloved wife of thirty-one years to the late John Sydney Brod. Devoted mother of Merry (Charles) Atkins, Charles (Marty) Lang, and Donald (Diane) Lang. Devoted step-mother of William (Jane) Brod, Jim (Chris) Brod, Robert (Mary) Brod, and Thomas (Kathryn) Brod. Grandmother of fifteen and great grandmother of three. Passed away Friday, May 29, 2009 at the age of 88. Before retiring at age 53, Elizabeth worked as an RN at Cincinnati Children's Hospital and Bethesda Hospital. She is also fondly remembered as the school nurse at Lincoln Heights and Wyoming High Schools. Reception will be held at the Wyoming Country Club, Wyoming, Ohio, June 14, 2009 from 1:00-3:00 PM. Memorials may be made to Cincinnati Children's Hospital, The Heart Center, P.O. Box 5202, Cincinnati, Ohio 45201, in memory of Elizabeth Brod.
