Earl Buchanan

BUCHANANEarl Clyde, passed away April 1, 2011 at age 67; devoted husband of Juanita A. Buchanan (nee Glover) of 42 years; loving father of Claude Alexander (Angie) of NC, Timothy Earl (Tracy) of OH, and Tessa Marie (Jack) Spearman of VA; loving grandfather of Joshua Allen Buchanan, Aaron Michael Buchanan, Timothy Earl Buchanan, Jr., and Joseph Ray Buchanan of OH and Alexander Christian Buchanan and Ashlyn Renata Buchanan of NC. He was the son of the late Claude and Mary Buchanan of VA. He leaves behind four sisters, Mildred, Ann, Sandra, and Martha all of VA, and two brothers, Aaron and Joseph of VA. Earl served in the U.S. Air Force during the Viet Nam era. He retired from General Motors (Delphi Division). He was a member of the American Legion Post 123, Moose Lodge 301, Newport Eagles, Masonic Lodge 671 F&AM, and Acient Accepted Scottish Rite, Valley of Cincinnati. Visitation will be held at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 5501 Montgomery Rd., Norwood, OH, Tuesday, April 5, 2011 from 10:00 AM until time of service at 12:00 Noon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
