Dorothy Vaughn

VAUGHNDorothy (nee Roehr). Beloved wife of the late John W. Vaughn. Devoted mother of Doris (Larry) White and the late Bill Vaughn. Loving grandmother of Venessa (Sean) Rahe, Vicki (Greg) Dick, Tony (Amanda) White, and Kevin (Kelly) White. Caring great grandmother of Garret and Liam Rahe, Trevor and Ellie Dick, Lucas White, and the late Kayla Rahe. Welcomed into Heaven on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at the age of 89 following a brave battle with cancer. Dorothy served for various churches for many years; as a full-time secretary at Zion United Church of Christ, as an interim assistant at Sharonville United Methodist Church, and as an assistant at Indian Hill Church until retirement. Visitation will be held at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, Saturday, March 20, 2010 from 9:00 AM until time of funeral service at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Sharonville United Methodist Church, 3751 Creek Road, Cincinnati, OH 45241.
