SMITH, Donald D. Jr., 66, of Cincinnati, passed away on February 12, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Susan Smith; sons, Casey, Chris, and Ben; mother, Betty Jean Smith; and sisters, Pam Demmer and Jen Patskan. His organ and tissue donation helped up to 100 people. Visitation will be at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pk., Springdale on Monday, February 17, 2014 from 4 PM til time of memorial service at 6 PM.
