PHILLIPS, Donald G., beloved husband of Dianne (nee Evans) Phillips, loving father of Mark Phillips and Alisa (Phillip) Ramsey. Grandfather of Arielle, Loryn, the late Cody Phillips, Alison and Timothy. Brother to Hubert, Steven and the late Patricia Thompson Allan. Passed away August 27, 2014. Age 76. Alumni of Western Hills High School 1957, and T.O. Fraternity. Member of Tri County Assembly of God Church. A visitation will be at the Tri-County Assembly of God Church, 7350 Dixie Hwy, Fairfield, OH 45014 on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 from 5:30 PM until time of funeral service at 7 PM.
