AMYX, Dock Junior. Beloved husband of Mary Jane (Anderkin) Amyx. Devoted father of Randy (Jenny) Amyx and the late Marti (Bruce) Applegate. Step father to Kelly (Keitha) Fish and Jeffrey (Kelly) Fish. Grandfather of David Amyx, Christopher (Autumn) Amyx, Tyler Applegate, Katie (Eric) Braker, Jared (Allison Rhea) Applegate, Keegan Fish, Korylin Fish, Kyler Burroughs, Kenton Burroughs, Andrew Fish, and Samantha Fish. Great grandfather of Landon, Arrowyn and Asher. Dear brother of Harold (Sandy) Amyx and Shirley (Edward) Mangold.

Dock passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at the age of 86 years.

Friends may greet the family at Springdale Nazarene Church, 11177 Springfield Pk., Springdale OH 45246 on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 from 10am until time of service at 11am.
